Weigh in Wednesday on Thursday

I’m down 10 pounds in total!

Due to attending SMX Advanced, I didn’t get a chance to post this yesterday.

This past Saturday, May 30th, was my birthday and my wife planned a picnic with the family and I knew there was cake there and I really did hold back on eating too much of it, I did have a small slice. I figured I was doing well and thought since it was my birthday I had to have at least a slice.

For this week I am down another 2.5 pounds, I’m a little behind my goal of losing 3 pounds a week, but I am very happy.

Starting Weight: 251 Pounds
Last Week’s Weight: 243.5
Today’s Weight: 241 Pounds
Lost: 2.5 Pounds
Total Lost: 10 Pounds!!!!!

    That’s great James! How do you do it to lose as much as 2.5 pounds in a week? I can’t seem to pass the 1 or 1.5 pound hump.
