Weigh-in Wednesday Week 3
2 Comments May 27, 2009 / Posted in PersonalThis Memorial Day Weekend We headed to our cabin on Harstine Island and being that I wasn’t in my usual surroundings for a few days I really thought I was going to have a rough time, but I think I did pretty well.
This week’s weight loss was half of what I have been losing on average, but I’m still happy with the results.
Starting Weight: 251 Pounds
Last Week’s Weight: 245
Today’s Weight: 243.5 Pounds
Lost: 1.5 Pounds
Total Lost: 7.5 Pounds















Go James! We caught the inspiration in our office and are trying to eat healthier and go to the gym at lunch.
