Weigh-in Wednesday – Week 6
4 Comments June 17, 2009 / Posted in PersonalI missed last week’s update due to being extremely swamped with work, almost to the point I’m over-extending myself. So this will be a quick update.
Last weekend I bought a new treadmill and have started to use it 3 times a week. I am going to make my goal, I can feel it. I am almost to the halfway point of losing the total of 42 pounds with about 8 weeks to go before Affiliate Summit East.
Starting Weight: 251 Pounds
2 Week’s Ago Weight: 241
Today’s Weight: 237 Pounds
Lost: 4 Pounds
Total Lost: 14 Pounds















Good job. I personally have to leave the house to work out or I’ll just watch TV. Keep up the good work. The results are definitely worth it!
Thanks Vanessa! With 2 kids at home it’s hard to get out of the house and to the gym.
